1. User Eligibility

3.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Game solely for your personal entertainment.
3.2 You may not:
•Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the Game software;
•Exploit game exploits or cheats to manipulate the game environment;
•Use the Game to engage in any illegal activity (including but not limited to fraud, harassment, and scams);
•In any way harm the interests of the Game, its servers, or other users.
3.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game service at any time without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property Statement
4.1 The copyright in all software, graphics, audio, video, text, and related content in the game belongs to us and the relevant rights holders.
4.2 You may not use, reproduce, disseminate, publish, or create derivative works in any form without written permission.
4.3 You grant us a worldwide, free, irrevocable, and transferable license to use content uploaded by users in the game (User-Generated Content).
5. User Conduct Guidelines
5.1 You agree to abide by the Community Guidelines and refrain from posting inappropriate content such as insults, discrimination, violence, pornography, or politically sensitive content.
5.2 You are prohibited from using any means to disrupt the normal operation of the game, such as attacking the server or spamming the screen.
5.3 We reserve the right to take appropriate measures for violations of these rules, including but not limited to warnings, silencing, freezing, or permanently banning accounts.
5.4 Users must respect the legitimate rights and interests of other players and refrain from fraud, harassment, or privacy violations.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 In-game purchases of virtual currency, items, and services must be made through legitimate payment channels.
6.2 All purchases are immediate and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by us.
6.3 Virtual items are for in-game use only and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
6.4 If there are duplicate charges or unreceived funds due to technical or payment issues, please contact customer service immediately.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 We will collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 You agree that we may collect device information, usage data, and location information to provide and improve our services.

8.2 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
8.3 There is no guarantee that in-game virtual items and services will meet your expectations or needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party service anomalies.

10.2 Upon account termination, related data may be deleted and cannot be recovered.

11.2 In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations; if negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Ohio.
11.3 Users waive their right to submit disputes to class action lawsuits or class arbitration.
12. Other Terms
12.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
12.2 If any portion of these Terms is held invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
12.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Game will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
